Xiaomin Mou

Xiaomin Mou serves as the Head of Venture Capital Investments for Türkiye, Central Europe, and Central Asia at the International Finance Corporation (IFC), where leadership spans venture capital investments in innovative technology-driven companies tackling challenges in sectors such as mobility, health, and education. Previous roles at IFC included leading venture capital investments in China and heading the Startup Catalyst program, aimed at supporting seed and pre-seed stage startups in emerging markets. With a rich history of investments in various venture capital funds and a significant track record of successful exits on NASDAQ and NYSE, Xiaomin Mou continues to invest in and advise multiple companies, maintaining active roles in organizations such as Microvast and Sinovation Ventures. Educational accomplishments include a Ph.D. in Electrical Engineering and a combined B.S. and M.Eng from the Massachusetts Institute of Technology.
