Jordan Lauzze has a diverse and extensive work experience in operations management. Jordan started their career as an IT Systems Manager at The Miniat Companies in 2002. Jordan then joined South Chicago Packing LLC in 2010, first as an Operations Manager for edible oils and later as an Associate Director of Operations. In 2012, they returned to The Miniat Companies as a Director of Operations before moving to Ed Miniat LLC in 2015 as a Senior Director of Operations. Jordan rejoined South Chicago Packing LLC in 2019, initially as a Senior Director of Operations and currently serves as the Vice President of Operations.

Jordan Lauzze completed a Bachelor of Arts (B.A.) degree in Economics from the University of Illinois Urbana-Champaign, attending from 1998 to 2002. Prior to university, Jordan attended Providence Catholic High School. In addition to their formal education, Jordan has obtained various certifications from LinkedIn, including ones related to bystander training, communicating across cultures, confronting bias, diversity and inclusion, and unconscious bias. They have also gained skills in image editing, data visualization, and utilizing Microsoft Excel.
