Kristen Cress

Kristen Cress is an accomplished Training Coordinator and HR Specialist with extensive experience in learning management systems and workforce administration. Currently at South Community since June 2022, Kristen manages the Learning Management System (myLearningPointe), designs e-Learning courses, and oversees live classes. Prior experience at Kettering Health Network from August 2012 to June 2022 included serving as an HR Specialist for the Learning Management System (HealthStream), where Kristen provided expert training and support for approximately 15,000 employees. Additional roles include providing administrative support in Biomed departments and coordinating member services for the United Methodist Association of Health and Welfare Ministries. Kristen holds a Bachelor of Arts in Communication from Bowling Green State University, earned between 1993 and 1997.
