David Zimbeck

David Zimbeck is an experienced legal professional currently serving as Counsel and Officer at South Dakota Trust Company LLC since January 2017. In addition, Zimbeck has been a Member of the Board of Directors for First PREMIER Bank/PREMIER Bankcard since March 2016, participating in both the Audit Committee and Compensation Committee. Prior to these roles, Zimbeck was General Counsel at Citicards/Citibank (South Dakota), N.A. from April 1990 to March 2016 and served as Legal Counsel for the South Dakota Division of Banking from May 1985 to April 1990. Zimbeck holds a JD and a degree in Political Science from the University of South Dakota Knudson School of Law, with studies completed from 1982 to 1985, and has an academic background from the University of South Dakota from 1976 to 1985.
