Lynn Warneke

Lynn Warneke is a seasoned executive and board leader with extensive experience across various organizations. Currently serving as Chair at South East Water and Spirit Technology Solutions, Lynn also holds several non-executive director positions, including ACSO Australia and Feros Care, where focus areas include finance risk, audit, and social impact. Additional roles include Independent Member of the Finance Risk & Audit Committee at Beyond Blue, Chief Operations & Chief Information Officer for the Department of Premier and Cabinet (Vic), and Deputy Chief Digital Officer at Deakin University, where Lynn led transformative digital initiatives. An advocate for diversity and inclusion, Lynn has contributed to #TechDiversity and served as a start-up mentor at Stone & Chalk. Lynn holds a Master of Laws in New Technologies Law from The Australian National University and has completed the Company Directors Course at the Australian Institute of Company Directors.
