The South Florida Digital Alliance (SFDA/MDBC) is an unprecedented collaboration among diverse South Florida leaders dedicated to addressing the digital divide in South Florida and deploying next generation broadband technology. Our purpose is to transform our community, close the digital divide, create jobs, increase economic opportunities and reduce operating costs. 

The SFDA's goal is to construct a robust broadband network that will connect community anchor institutions throughout South Florida and extend broadband services to our underserved communities. This initiative will create efficiencies in the delivery of healthcare, education and government, impact our economy, improve public safety, and create jobs.
