Julia Duran

Julia Duran has a diverse work experience spanning two decades. Julia began their career in 2001 as a Project Coordinator at the Organización de Estados Iberoamericanos (OEI). In 2002, they joined IBM as a Software Engineer and Project Manager, and in 2007 they moved to Verizon as a Project Manager. In 2009, they began working at HP as a Project/Program Manager, where they were responsible for leading cross-country teams and generating new business opportunities. In 2015, Julia started working at BairesDev as an Executive Account Manager and at RoomLab.co.uk as Head of Business Operations. In 2016, they founded South Geeks and currently serves as its CEO. In 2022, they became a Member of the Entrepreneurs' Organization.

Julia Duran has a background in Computer Science from CAECE. Julia obtained their PMP - Project Management Professional certification from PMI in February 2013.
