Sergio Barbieri

Sergio Barbieri has worked in various roles since 2008. Sergio started their career at Accenture as a Functional HR SAP Analyst, where they coordinated and followed up tasks, controlled and reported information in SAP, and led participation in improvements, updates, and implementations of different SAP versions. Sergio then moved to Avon in 2010 as a Business Intelligence Analyst. In 2012, they returned to Accenture as an HR SAP Specialist, where they backed up the current SAP HR Specialist while they were on Maternity Leave, analyzed and assessed new projects and initiatives, and developed and implemented enhancements, modifications, and updates into the SAP HR module. In 2013, they joined ExxonMobil as a SAP Testing Coordinator, where they were responsible for process analysis and development of SAP technology for Payroll and Tax areas, as well as website design and content development using WordPress. In 2015, they moved to Crossover for Work as an Account Manager and Recruitment Analyst, where they analyzed new projects/initiatives feasibilities, helped increase and maintain the company's recruiting services, participated in the hire of as many as 100 candidates per quarter, worked on the design of the new recruiting process, identified opportunities for improving candidate experience, analyzed new job opportunities, and designed new metrics for team performance analysis and results measurement. In 2019, they joined SHRM as a Customer Success Manager. In 2020, they moved to ZephyrTel as a Customer Success Team Leader, where they managed a portfolio of ~40 customers, conducted meetings with customers, and coordinated efforts with internal teams. Finally, in 2021, they joined South Geeks as an Engagement Manager.

Sergio Barbieri obtained a Bachelor of Business Administration (BBA) from UADE between 2003 and 2008. Sergio then attended St.Edward's University in 2007, where they earned a Bachelor of Business Administration (B.B.A.) in the same field. Finally, they obtained a Master of Business Administration (MBA) from Pontificia Universidad Católica Argentina 'Santa María de los Buenos Aires' in 2012-2013.
