Paul Rigby

Paul Rigby is an accomplished Principal Project Manager at South Hams District Council & West Devon Borough Council, a position held since August 2022. Prior to this role, Paul served as Project Manager and Senior Project Manager at the National Trust from September 2018 to June 2022, and worked as an Independent Consultant at the MTC - Manufacturing Technology Centre from May 2016 to January 2018. Paul's experience also includes serving as a Senior Consultant at CGI and Deloitte between January 2011 and January 2015, as well as holding various senior staff and consultancy roles at Leicestershire County Council from January 2005 to December 2011.
