Christine Zizzamia-Brooks is a seasoned compensation professional with extensive experience in compensation analysis and benefits management. Currently, as a Senior Compensation Analyst at South Jersey Industries since 2018, Christine Zizzamia-Brooks leads the annual company bonus, merit, and pay equity processes, coordinating employee compensation transactions in Workday and implementing job architecture across the organization.
