Lisa Cottman

Lisa Cottman, MBA, serves as the Senior Talent Attraction Program Specialist at South Jersey Industries, focusing on early career talent and workforce development while aligning programs with organizational goals and inclusivity. Previously, Lisa held roles as a Senior Talent Management Specialist, overseeing training programs for early career professionals, and as a Talent Acquisition Consultant, excelling in client relations and talent acquisition. In addition to current responsibilities, Lisa is the President of the American Association of Blacks in Energy - South Jersey Chapter, advocating for minority representation in energy policy and initiatives. Lisa earned an MBA from the Keller Graduate School of Management of DeVry University.
