Melissa K.

Melissa K. has a diverse work experience in the field of human resources. Melissa began their career at Enclara Health as a Human Resources Coordinator in July 2010 and held the position until January 2013. Melissa then joined Medical Diagnostic Laboratories, L.L.C. (MDL) as a Human Resources Recruitment Assistant in December 2014 until May 2016. Melissa later worked as a Sales Recruiter and a Junior Human Resources Generalist at MDL from May 2016 to January 2017. Melissa then joined South Jersey Industries in September 2017 as a Human Resources Associate and was promoted to Human Resources Specialist in December 2018. Melissa further progressed in their career and became a Senior Human Resources Specialist in January 2022. Most recently, in November 2022, they took on the role of HRIS Lead at South Jersey Industries.
