Louise Field has held various administrative roles within local government, providing comprehensive and confidential support to council leaders and key cabinet members. With a background in secretarial duties, diary management, composing correspondence, and organizing events, Louise has gained valuable experience in supporting and facilitating the smooth running of council operations. Prior to their roles in local government, Louise worked as a secretary in the media industry. Louise's education includes attending Stamford College and Arthur Mellows Village College.
