Christy Satterstrom, MBA, serves as the Director of Human Resources at South Lake Pediatrics since March 2019, overseeing various HR functions including recruitment, onboarding, compensation, benefits administration, employee development, training, and legal compliance. Prior to this role, Christy contributed as a Recruiter at Park Nicollet Health Services from August 2015 to March 2019, where responsibilities included developing talent acquisition strategies and managing full-cycle recruitment across multiple service lines. Christy’s earlier experience includes positions as a Recruiter Coordinator at Blue Cross and Blue Shield of Minnesota and a Human Resources Coordinator at Regis Corporation. Educational credentials include a Master of Business Administration from the University of St. Thomas and a Bachelor of Arts in Business Management and Political Science from the College of Saint Benedict.
