Caroline Hayes

Caroline Hayes is an experienced professional with a background in housing and social support. Currently serving as a Tenancy Sustainability Officer and previously as a Housing Administrator at South Liverpool Homes since June 2018, Caroline has a strong commitment to promoting housing stability. Prior roles include In Work Adviser at REED from March 2013 to June 2018 and Counsellor at RASA Merseyside, where therapeutic counselling was provided for survivors of rape and sexual abuse. Additionally, Caroline worked as a Sales Executive at Trinity Mirror from October 2006 to March 2013. Caroline holds a BA (Hons) in English and Philosophy from the University of Liverpool, obtained between 2001 and 2004.
