Nora M Cuddy began their work experience in 2011 as a Family Property Manager at Southern Middlesex Opportunity Council. Nora M held this role until August 2014. In 2015, Nora joined South Middlesex Opportunity Council (SMOC) as a Resident Services Coordinator and later transitioned to the role of Director for the Framingham Community & Cultural Center in November 2020.

Nora M Cuddy completed their Bachelor of Arts degree in Dance at Franklin Pierce University from 2007 to 2011. Nora M then pursued further education and obtained a Master of Education degree in Counselor Education/School Counseling and Guidance Services from Providence College, studying from 2017 to 2019.
