Michael Pimlott has extensive experience in the mushroom industry, currently serving as General Manager at South Mill Champs Mushrooms since January 2019. Prior to this role, Michael held the position of Director of Operations at Champs Mushrooms Inc. from August to December 2018. Earlier in their career, Michael was the Farms Director at G's from April 2013 to July 2018, where responsibilities encompassed overseeing mushroom production operations.
