SOA started in 1990 when it purchased the group’s first property, Shangri-La Country Hotel & Spa near Modimolle in Limpopo province. Since then, SOA’s property portfolio has grown steadily, with a team of unique professionals, under the leadership of Managing Director Stef Venter, that enhance the company with their creative energies and enthusiasm for the group’s vision and mission.
