Beth Fylstra

Beth Fylstra, PhD is currently the Chief Financial Officer & Human Resources at South Orange Performing Arts Center (SOPAC) and also serves as an Accounting & Management Associate at Fylstra & Associates, LLC. With their many years of experience, including owning Every Little Detail, LLC, Beth specializes in financial systems, bookkeeping, leadership development, and event management. Beth is also an Adjunct Management Professor at Ramapo College of New Jersey. Their previous roles include owning Wyckoff Peddler, Inc. and working in accounting at Abma's Farm, Inc. Beth holds a PhD in Public Administration from Walden University and has degrees in NonProfit Organizational Development, Human Resources, and Commercial Recreation.
