Ryan Kim

Ryan K. is currently a member at South Park Commons since March 2024. Prior experience includes a role in product at Turquoise Health from 2021 to 2024, where involvement focused on healthcare contracting, price transparency, and life sciences within a Series B, a16z-backed company. Ryan also contributed to research at the MIT Computer Science and Artificial Intelligence Laboratory (CSAIL) from 2016 to 2022, engaging with several prominent labs including the Berger Lab at MIT CSAIL, Cho Lab at the Broad Institute, and DTAK Lab at Harvard SEAS. Additional experience includes trading roles at Citadel Securities and Susquehanna International Group in 2020 and 2019, respectively, as well as an engineering position at Facebook in 2018. Ryan holds a Bachelor of Arts in Bioengineering with a Secondary in History from Harvard University and a Master of Science in Computer Science from the Harvard John A. Paulson School of Engineering and Applied Sciences.
