Dane Dewbre

Dane Dewbre possesses extensive experience in marketing, communications, and educational support, primarily at South Plains College, where tenure began in 1996. Currently serving as the Executive Director of Marketing and Communications, Dane oversees brand marketing and institutional public relations. Previous roles at South Plains College include Associate Dean of Marketing and Recruitment, where responsibilities included brand marketing and student recruitment, and Associate Dean of Continuing and Distance Education, focusing on Dual Credit enrollment and community training programs. Earlier positions included Director of Distance Education and Distance Learning Specialist, both emphasizing support for distance education initiatives. Prior experience at Clovis Community College as a Marketing and Interactive Television Specialist enhanced marketing efforts and provided technical support for interactive television networks. Dane holds a Master’s in Education and Bachelor and Associate degrees in Telecommunications from Texas Tech University and South Plains College.
