Amanda Arcaya

Amanda Arcaya is an experienced Associate Director Americas at South Pole, specializing in mergers, acquisitions, joint ventures, private equity, and corporate restructuring. Prior to their current role, Amanda held positions at CMS Rodríguez-Azuero and Dentons Cardenas & Cardenas. Arcaya also worked as an M&A/Corporate Associate at D'Empaire, where Amanda represented international banks in bond issuances and project financings. Additionally, Amanda served as a Consultant at World Justice Project and earned an LL.M. in International Legal Studies from New York University School of Law.
