Markus Nufer is a highly experienced culinary professional with a diverse background in prestigious hospitality establishments and cruise lines. Currently serving as the Corporate Executive Chef at South Sea Cruises Pte Ltd. since October 2021, Markus previously held the position of Executive Chef at Castaway Resort Fiji Islands and Yatule Resort & Spa Fiji. Notable experience includes overseeing food production for Crystal and Celebrity Cruises, where responsibilities encompassed extensive menu engineering and managing multiple restaurants aboard luxury vessels.
