James Dunphy

Jim Dunphy, CPA, CMA, currently serves as the President of both South Shore Bank Charitable Foundation Inc. and South Shore Bank, where Jim has held the position of President and CEO since January 2014. Dunphy has extensive experience in leadership roles, including serving as Treasurer and Board Member for Special Olympics until July 2015. Additionally, Dunphy has contributed to educational institutions as an Adjunct Instructor at Bridgewater State University and as a Teacher at Pinkerton Academy. Formerly Principal at JMD CPA & Executive Consulting, Dunphy specializes in leadership, strategic direction, and operational efficiency. Dunphy has also been active on multiple boards, including the Manchester Economic Development Corporation and the Boy Scouts of America, where Jim chaired the Audit Committee. Dunphy holds an MBA in Leadership from Franklin Pierce University and a BS in Accounting from Bridgewater State University.
