Regina Shea is a skilled personal trainer and health and wellbeing coordinator with extensive experience in both fitness coaching and project management. Since October 2015, Regina Shea has been providing one-on-one and small group strength and nutritional coaching at Anytime Fitness Pembroke, while also monitoring the fitness area at South Shore YMCA since April 2015.
