The Fitness and Health team at South Shore YMCA, INC is responsible for developing and delivering a comprehensive range of fitness programs and health initiatives. With roles including Group Exercise Instructors, Personal Trainers, Yoga Teachers, and specialized coordinators, the team ensures that all members, from youth to seniors, have access to personalized support, group classes, and wellness activities that promote a healthier lifestyle. They also oversee specialized programs such as gymnastics and tennis, fostering a diverse and inclusive fitness community.
