Rob Fell

Rob Fell has over 20 years of work experience in various IT leadership roles. Rob is currently the Group IT Director at South Staffordshire Plc, a position they have held since 2022. Prior to that, they served as the IT Director at RMD Kwikform from 2017 to 2022.

From 2016 to 2017, Rob worked as a Director at Cyberstratus Ltd, where they performed IT leadership roles and conducted strategic reviews and gap analysis.

Earlier in their career, Rob held multiple roles at Drax Group plc, including Group Head of IT, Head of IT, and Head of IT & Facilities. Rob was responsible for IT strategy, cloud migration, and implementing governance and programme management standards.

Before joining Drax Group plc, Rob worked at Gaz de France as an IT Operations Manager, where they managed the operations team and implemented disaster recovery and service management processes.

Rob also worked at Lloyds TSB as an Infrastructure Designer and held IT support and management roles at Visual Retailing, Business Serve, Yorkshire Forward, and OnCue Telecommunications.

Rob Fell obtained their MBA in Business Management from the University of Bradford from 2010 to 2013. Prior to that, they earned a BA (Hons) in Business Administration from Leeds Beckett University, attending from 1993 to 1997. In addition to their degrees, Rob also received certifications including Managing Successful Programmes (MSP) - Foundation and Practitioner from BCS, The Chartered Institute for IT in 2017, as well as becoming a Professional Member (MBCS) of the British Computer Society in 2012.
