Fliss Buckles

Fliss Buckles is an experienced educator and artistic director with a strong background in film and media production. Currently serving as the Course Leader and Lecturer for Film and TV Production at South Thames College since August 2016, Fliss previously held roles as Head of Film and Media and Teacher of English & Media at Dormers Wells High School. As the Artistic Director at Second Shot Productions since August 2011, Fliss introduced the Level 3 BTEC in Creative Media Production and established the company as a BTEC Centre for training. Additional experience includes working as a Producer at Heady Mix Productions in 2015 and as Business Development Manager at MCC International from 1999 to 2004. Fliss holds a Master of Arts in Film Studies from the University of Exeter and a Bachelor’s degree in Media and Psychology from the University of Winchester.
