Troy Michaelson

Troy Michaelson currently serves as the Safety Programs Training Manager at Salt Lake City International Airport, a position held since July 2025. Previously, Troy worked at Parsons Behle & Latimer from June 2021 to July 2025 as the Client Success and Software Implementation Manager, where initiatives included the adoption of NetDocuments DMS and leading successful communication efforts through town halls. Prior experience includes roles as a Corporate Trainer/Change Manager at Ascend Staffing, where Troy trained over 100 employees and led two software conversions, and as Training Manager at Global Health Industries, focused on developing a Learning Management System program. Early career experience includes a role as Warehouse Training Specialist at Kroger, where Troy was responsible for the scheduling of materials. Troy holds a Bachelor's degree in Organizational Communication from Weber State University and an Associate's degree in Public Relations/Image Management from Utah Valley University.
