Dean Loader

Dean Loader has extensive experience in fire and rescue services, currently serving as the Director for Service Delivery at South Wales Fire and Rescue Service since January 1995. Previously, Dean held various leadership positions within the organization, including Area Manager and Group Manager for the Operations Department. Prior to this role, Dean Loader served as a Marine in the Royal Marines from April 1989 until January 1995. Dean Loader holds a Bachelor of Arts degree in Business Administration and Management from Lancaster University.
