Mark Jones

Mark Jones is a seasoned finance professional with extensive experience in operational business partnering and financial management. Currently serving as Senior FBP - Operations at South West Water since July 2023, Mark leads a team focused on operational activities for both Bristol Water and Bournemouth Water subsidiaries. Prior to this, Mark held the role of Senior Finance Business Partner at Bristol Water plc, overseeing business partnering for operations and capital programs. Experience at Carbase UK as Finance Manager involved leading a management accounts team and producing comprehensive financial reports. Earlier roles at Unite Students included various accounting and business partnering positions, contributing to budgeting, forecasting, and financial analysis. Mark holds a Chartered Accountancy Qualification from The Chartered Institute of Management Accountants and a Bachelor of Science in Mathematics from the University of Bath.
