Phillip M has extensive experience in operational technology and project management, currently serving as an OT Analyst at South West Water since January 2011, focusing on the implementation of an integrated SCADA system for telemetry in Clean and Waste Water sites across Devon and Cornwall. Previously, Phillip worked as a WDM Systems Project Officer at Devon County Council from January 2007 to December 2010, where responsibilities included supporting Highways Management Systems and developing a user-friendly Customer Services System for the Street Lighting Management System. Prior experience at South West Water involved roles as a SCADA Technician and Performance Team Technician from January 2001 to January 2007, where Phillip was responsible for data retrieval, report creation, and configuration of the Regional SCADA system. Phillip's early career included a role as a Receiving Agent and Fault Handler at Kelly Services. Academic qualifications include a BSc (Hons) in Environmental Science from the University of Plymouth and various technical certifications including Microsoft MOC 2151/2152. Additionally, Phillip is a certified Practical Martial Arts Coach.
