Rich Foster

Rich Foster currently serves as the Chair of the Devon County Fencing Union, focusing on enabling and promoting the sport within the region. At South West Water, Rich Foster has held various roles since 1998, ultimately as River Basin Planning Manager, responsible for prioritizing and innovating projects to improve water quality and minimize environmental impacts. Additional experience includes Waste Water Scientist, leading customer support teams, and managing laboratory services. Rich Foster holds a BSc (Hons) in Geography from the University of St Andrews, an MPhil in Fluvial Geomorphology/Sedimentology from the University of Exeter, and a Diploma in Personal Development from Coventry University. Rich Foster's diverse background encompasses project management, environmental sciences, and customer service across multiple sectors.
