Hayley MacKowski

Hayley Mackowski is an experienced professional in human resources and employee relations, currently serving as a People Partner at South Yorkshire Housing Association since January 2024. Prior to this role, Hayley worked as an Employee Relations Advisor at OneMedical Group from February 2023 to January 2024 and held the position of People Business Partner at Force24 from April 2022 to January 2023. Hayley’s extensive experience also includes a long tenure at IKEA from October 2010 to April 2022, where roles ranged from People and Culture Generalist to various sales positions. Hayley completed A-levels in Sociology, English Literature, and Health and Social Care at Bruntcliffe High School, which were attained between September 2009 and June 2011.
