Tracy Bryant

Tracy Bryant is an experienced professional in social prescribing and cultural engagement, currently serving as a Social Prescribing Advisor at South Yorkshire Housing Association since October 2020. Tracy's work involves collaboration with GPs and Primary Care Networks to address complex wellbeing issues by connecting individuals to relevant groups and services. Previously, Tracy held the position of Programme Manager at Music in the Round for nearly 18 years, where collaboration with various organizations promoted classical chamber music nationally. Additionally, Tracy led the Soundbites project at Sheffield Mencap and Gateway, helping young individuals with learning difficulties develop vital skills through podcasting. Tracy also served as a Trustee for The Civic in Barnsley, ensuring access to diverse artistic experiences for local communities, and co-founded Beyond Infertility Sheffield, a peer-led support group. Tracy holds a Bachelor of Music degree from the University of Sheffield.
