Karen Dias

Karen Dias currently serves as the Superintendent of Port and Logistics at South32 since December 2022. Prior experience includes roles at BHP, where responsibilities encompassed Principal People Logistics and Superintendent of Village Operations, among others, focused on non-process infrastructure. At Rio Tinto, Karen functioned as a Fixed Plant Process Engineer and Process Commissioning Engineer, contributing to operations at Brockman 4, Brockman 2, and Nammuldi Below Water Table. Karen holds a Bachelor of Engineering in Chemical Engineering from Monash University and has completed several legislative examinations and certifications in Six Sigma.
