Leah Morgan has a diverse work experience spanning over several years. Leah started their career as a Client Services Coordinator at Odyssey Training in 2003 and later moved on to Ergon Energy as a Service Quality Coordinator. In 2008, they joined BHP as a Community Advisor, where they worked until 2010. Leah then worked as a Consultant in Stakeholder Engagement at Parsons Brinckerhoff from 2010 to 2013. Leah further enhanced their skills in stakeholder relations by joining Powerlink Queensland as a Stakeholder Relations Advisor from 2013 to 2014. Leah then served as a Media and Communications Officer for the Federal Member for Fisher, the Hon. Mal Brough MP, from 2014 to 2016. In 2016, they became the Director of Enhance Engagement Pty Ltd, where they gained extensive experience in communication and stakeholder engagement. Currently, Leah is employed by South32, where they have held various roles such as Specialist - Corporate Affairs and Principal Community.

Leah Morgan completed their Bachelor of Communication with majors in Public Relations and Journalism from the University of Southern Queensland from 2009 to 2015. Before that, they attended Moranbah State High from 1993 to 1997, but their degree and field of study are not disclosed.
