Srinivas Gopal

Srinivas Gopal has a diverse work experience in various industries and roles. Srinivas started their career in 1999 as a Marine Engineer at International Andromeda Shipping, where they led a team for engine room projects. Srinivas then worked as an Inventory Coordinator at BAM Wine Logistics Pty Ltd, where they managed stock control and logistics for a major client. Srinivas later joined OneSteel (now Arrium) as an Inventory Manager, responsible for inventory management and production planning for the site. Srinivas then transitioned to Fagersta Steels Pty Ltd (Arrium Group) as a Supply Chain Coordinator, overseeing supply chain and inventory for branches in Victoria and South Australia. Srinivas subsequently joined BHP as a Superintendent Warehouse & Inventory, and later as a Specialist Inventory & Supply at BHP Billiton Cannington mine supply. Currently, Srinivas is working at South32 as a Lead Warehouse and Inventory, focusing on warehouse management and inventory control. Srinivas also served as a Subject Matter Expert for SAP S/4HANA project implementation at South32.

Srinivas Gopal has a Masters degree in Integrated Logistics Management from RMIT University, which they completed from 2002 to 2004. Prior to that, they obtained a Bachelors degree in Mechanical Engineering from the University of Madras, which they completed from 1994 to 1998. In addition, they are certified as an Advanced user in Microsoft Excel by Dynamic Web Training, although the specific date of certification is not provided.
