Jeremy Moulton

Jeremy Moulton is an experienced professional with extensive expertise in public service and financial services. Since May 2021, Jeremy has served as Deputy Leader of the Conservative Group at Southampton City Council, where a 19-year career as a unitary authority Councillor includes roles as Cabinet Member for Children's Services, Resources, Finance, and Corporate Services. Concurrently, Jeremy holds the position of Head of First Line Risk at Diligenta, overseeing client accounts for major financial institutions and leading teams in the UK and India. Past roles at Diligenta focused on business operations and transformation, while earlier experience includes management positions at Aviva, Friends Life Group, AXA Wealth, and Winterthur Life, covering customer services and pensions technical support.
