Currently serving as the Director of Venue Sales at Southampton Football Club since October 2018, Matthew oversees the ticket office team and has held various leadership roles within the organization. Previously, Matthew was integral to West Ham United FC's growth during the club's transition to the London Stadium, where responsibilities ranged from ticketing management to overseeing a new department focused on increasing season ticket sales. Earlier career experiences include leadership roles at JMP Partnership and PerDM Contact Marketing, along with a foundational position at Arsenal F.C. Matthew holds a Bachelor's Degree in Business Studies from Coventry University.
