Nikola Ladan

Nikola Ladan currently serves as the Group Head of International Scouting at Southampton Football Club, a position held since May 2025. In addition to this role, Ladan has been involved in sales at CGI since August 2022. Prior experience includes serving as an International Football Scout for Genoa Cricket and Football Club S.P.A. from 2022 to May 2025, and playing as a footballer for Landskrona BoIS, GAIS, and Degerfors IF between 2017 and 2022. Educational qualifications include a Master of Professional Managing Director from FC Barcelona University, ongoing since September 2024, a degree in Sales Management B2B from Affärshögskolan, and training as a Personal Trainer and Nutrition Advisor from PT Distans. Ladan also completed a degree in Elite Sports and Society from Katrinelund in 2012.
