Freya Bramble- Carter

Artist In Residence at Southbank Centre

Freya Bramble-Carter has extensive experience working as an artist, teacher, and performer. Freya worked as an Artist in Residence at Southbank Centre from 2015 to present. Prior to that, they ran their own business called Freya's Clay Club where they worked as an Artist and Teacher from 2013 to present. Freya also worked as an Artist's Assistant and technician/ teacher at Kingsgate Workshops Trust from 2012 to present. Additionally, they worked as an Artist and Teacher, creating an open and creative environment for young people to express themselves and develop their potential, from 2012 to present. Freya has also gained experience in other roles such as a Performer and Usher at Grimm Productions Ltd in 2014, a Young Career Professional at The London Transport Museum in 2014, an Event's Assistant at Tate from 2010 to 2012, and a Projects Producer/Coordinator at Intoto Theatre from 2009 to 2011. Through these roles, Freya has demonstrated their artistic and teaching abilities while also gaining experience in event planning, outreach, and funding applications.

Freya Bramble-Carter completed their Bachelor's degree in Fine Art from the University of the Arts London, Chelsea from 2011 to 2013. Prior to that, they pursued a Bachelor of Technology (BTech) in Visual Arts and Design at The Brit School from 2009 to 2010. Additionally, they obtained a Silver Arts Award, although the institution and exact date of completion are unknown.
