Naomi Naylor has a diverse work experience spanning over two decades. Naomi is currently the Head of Marketing at the Southbank Centre since April 2021. Prior to this role, they served as the Marketing Manager for Gigs & Festivals at the same company from September 2018 to April 2021.

Naomi's previous work experience includes freelance arts marketing at the Southbank Centre from September 2013 to February 2017. Naomi also worked as a Marketing Manager from August 2007 to August 2013, where they planned and executed marketing campaigns for various multi-art projects, managed a team, and analyzed the success of campaigns.

Naomi worked as a Marketing Executive for Contemporary Music at Barbican Centre from January 2005 to July 2007. Prior to that, Naomi served as a Marketing Assistant at Bill Kenwright Ltd from September 2003 to December 2004.

Additionally, Naomi gained experience as a Volunteer Events Coordinator at Roundhouse Trust in 2003, where they organized seminars for young people interested in the arts industry. Before entering the marketing field, Naomi worked as an Events and Marketing Coordinator at Northside Developments, Camden Lock from May 2002 to December 2002. Naomi also served as an Assistant Advertising Coordinator at Mean Fiddler Music Group plc from April 2001 to April 2002.

Naomi began their career as an English Teacher in a self-employed capacity from March 2000 to March 2001. Naomi also gained experience as an IT Admin Support Officer at the London Borough of Camden from December 1998 to February 2000.
