Mary McDermott, SHRM-SCP, is currently the Regional Human Resource Development Manager, Americas at Southco, Inc. Mary has extensive experience in managing talent acquisition, succession planning, HR technologies, and training and development. Prior to their current role, Mary held positions at QVC and Tropical Shipping with a focus on HR strategy and management. With a Master's degree in Human Resources Management from Nova Southeastern University, Mary brings a strong background in developing HR programs and solutions.
