Prior to that, they pursued a Master of Science degree in Labor & Industrial Relations with a focus on HR at the University of Rhode Island from 1996 to 1999. Their educational journey started with a Bachelor of Science degree in Psychology from Syracuse University, where they studied from 1981 to 1984.
