Karen Dockery

Karen Dockery is an accomplished HR professional with extensive experience in various human resources roles across multiple organizations. Currently serving as the HR Program & Analytics Manager at Southcoast Health since February 2014, Dockery has held multiple positions including Sr. Compensation & HR Operations Analyst and Senior Compensation Analyst. Prior experience includes serving as Vice President of Human Resources at Child & Family Services of Newport County, Director of Human Resources at the Council on Accreditation, and various HR roles at IBM. Dockery holds an MBA in Human Resource Management from the University of Pittsburgh Katz Graduate School of Business and a Bachelor of Arts in Economics from Villanova University.
