Carrie Forrester

Carrie Forrester has over two decades of experience in human resources and project management. Currently serving as the Human Resources Director at SouthEast Bank since November 2011, Carrie oversees recruitment, employee relations, performance management, and training for a workforce of over 250 employees across 14 branches. Prior roles include Master Data Specialist at Farley's and Sathers Candy Co, Inc. and Product Development Project Manager at Crescent, Inc., where responsibilities encompassed collaboration with marketing and analysis of product development data. Earlier career experience includes serving as Human Resources Manager at Crescent, handling comprehensive HR functions, and as a Staffing Account Manager at Mega Force, where recruitment and candidate assessments were conducted. Carrie holds a Bachelor of Science in Business Administration with a focus on Organizational Management from Bryan College and an Associate of Applied Science in Business and Management from Cleveland State Community College.
