Eden Sexton

Eden Sexton is an experienced educator specializing in secondary English Language Arts, currently serving as an Instructional Coach and Secondary ELA Instructor at Southeast Polk Community School District since August 2020. Eden has a proven track record of developing engaging professional development training sessions, creating innovative training content, and implementing data-driven interventions for diverse learners. Previous teaching roles include positions at Ankeny Community School District, Van Meter Community Schools, and Loudoun County Public Schools, where strong relationships with students, parents, and colleagues were established. Eden holds a Master’s degree in Teacher Effectiveness from Drake University and a Bachelor's degree in English Education from the University of Northern Iowa.
