Eric Pfleger

Senior Vice President, Population Health at Southeast Primary Care Partners

Eric Pfleger has a diverse work experience spanning over two decades. Eric currently works as the VP of Population Health at Southeast Primary Care Partners since 2022. Prior to this, Eric held the position of Head of Physician Engagement & Market Strategy at Nephrology Care Alliance from 2020 to 2022, where they focused on strengthening relationships with existing NCA members, designing value-based care partnerships with physicians, and launching new products and services.

Before joining Nephrology Care Alliance, Eric worked at VillageHealth DM, LLC (DaVita) from 2016 to 2020. Eric held the role of Senior Director of Business Development and was responsible for launching NCA's first two programs for nephrologists, defining the operating model, building partnerships, and negotiating a value-based care program. Additionally, in their role as Group Director - Integrated Care Operations, they managed a team and coordinated care plans for renal patients.

From 2010 to 2015, Eric worked at Monitor Deloitte (Deloitte Consulting) as a Senior Manager, where they collaborated with healthcare providers and developed and implemented value-based care and growth strategies. Eric also evaluated market dynamics, designed strategic collaborations, and assessed readiness for value-based care delivery models.

Eric's earlier experience includes working at Accenture as a Manager from 2007 to 2010, and at Sommer Consulting as a Project Manager & Analyst from 2000 to 2005.
