Joe Rubin

Joe Rubin, CCIM, MSRE, is a seasoned real estate professional with extensive experience in multifamily investment and asset management. As Co-Founder and Principal of Southeast Property Group since October 2020, Joe focuses on acquiring B and C+ multifamily properties in the Southeastern United States. Previous roles include Director of Multi-Family Investment Sales at Franklin Street, Director of Acquisitions and Portfolio at American Landmark Apartments, and Asset Manager at Ocwen Financial Corporation. Joe began a career in investment sales and financial analysis at Marcus & Millichap. An alumnus of the University of Florida, Joe holds a Master of Science in Real Estate and a Bachelor of Science in Business Administration.
